Pre-Owned product are products which have been used before & are in good condition. These are being sold as the original owner is not using the same. The product condition will be mentioned on the product page.

Order Returns
Because we operate as an Non Profit/ NGO arm & check all products manually before shipping, we do not offer a return policy.
- Damaged Goods:
- If the package appears damaged when delivered, please do not accept it from the delivery agent.
- If you do accept, you must record an unboxing video for documentation.
- Contact us immediately with proof (unboxing video, photos) to initiate a replacement.
Unless the damage request is approved- Exchange or Replacement- Customer pays for the same.

When you opt for Replacement for a product- we will deliver the product and pickup the original one.
Unless Damage is approved- Return pickup charges will be added to the new shipment & will be borne by customer
You can exchange, replace an item within 5 days of product getting delivered.
Any damages need to be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
