Return or Refund Policy

At Auroelle, every product is shipped after being manually checked & quality passed. We offer each item specifically for you, ensuring uniqueness and good quality. Because we are a NON-PROFIT / NGO arm, we do not offer any returns.

However, we understand that damages can sometimes occur during shipping. Below are the guidelines for our refund and damage resolution process:

  1. Damaged Products Upon Delivery

    • Inspection at Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting your package in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any visible damage or tampering, please do not accept the delivery.
    • Refusal of Damaged Packages: If the package is clearly damaged upon arrival, refusing delivery helps us streamline the replacement or refund process.
  2. Replacement for Accepted Damaged Products

    • Mandatory Unboxing Video: If you find the product damaged after accepting it, you must provide an unboxing video. This footage is required by our delivery partners as proof of the damage and to ensure a smooth claims process.
    • Contact Our Support Team: Once you have the unboxing video, reach out to us immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate a replacement.
  3. Exclusions

    • No Returns: We cannot process returns for any reason other than documented damages (unboxed video).

Shipping & Payment Policy

Shipping Time: Your order will be shipped  / delivered as per the Shipping method selected by you. 

Delivery Time: Products are usually shipped within 4-6 working days or as per Shipment method selected. This may vary based on location, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has been processed.

Pre-owned products protected by Delivery Guarantee which means item is 100% as per listing details & each item is manually checked before dispatch.

No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD as a payment option. All orders must be paid for in advance through the available online payment methods.

Cancellation & Returns

No Cancellation or Returns considering that we operate as a NGO arm.

Exchange- In case of Damage-You can exchange the product within 5 days of delivery.

If you do not like the product you can get a replacement / coupon / voucher which you can use for your next orders.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
