  • Delivery locations and timelines will vary depending on the seller’s location and courier service availability.

2. Shipping Responsibility
  • Products listed on Auroelle are shipped either:

    • By Aurolle.com or
    • Directly by individual sellers, or

    • Through logistics partners arranged by Auroelle (where applicable)

  • Shipping timelines & costs may differ from product-seller-Zip code combinations.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Charges depend on:

    • Product type, size

    • Shipping location

    • Policies

  • Some products may be offered free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned while check-out

4. Order Processing Time
  • Once you place an order, it is usually confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may be longer for:

    • Pre-owned items requiring verification

    • Customised or handmade products

    • Seller-specific delays

    • Pin code specific serviceability

You will receive a confirmation once your order is shipped.

5. Tracking Information
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or your Auroelle account.

  • Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will call you to help you with this before the order may be returned to the seller. Actual Re-shipping or non acceptance of parcel costs, if any, will be borne by the customer & may be adjusted in future / current orders.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images and order details to help us resolve the issue.

  • For pre-owned items, product condition will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
