    • All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
  3. Custom Orders:
    • Our products are Pre- Owned / Used and New both. Please read the product details carefully before making purchase. 
    • By placing an order, you acknowledge that returns or cancellations are not allowed unless the product is damaged.
Shipping and Delivery
  1. Shipping Time: We strive to ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delays might occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, unforeseen circumstances).
  2. Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product.
  3. International Shipping:
    • For orders shipped outside India, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country.
    • Delivery times for international orders may vary based on local customs processes.
Return & Refund Policy
  1. Because we operate as an Non Profit/ NGO arm & check all products manually before shipping, we do not offer a return policy.
  2. Damaged Goods:
    • If the package appears damaged when delivered, please do not accept it from the delivery agent.
    • If you do accept, you must record an unboxing video for documentation.
    • Contact us immediately with proof (unboxing video, photos) to initiate a replacement.

Intellectual Property
