Yes. Your profile (name, Phone no, email etc) is never publicly searchable or visible to other members without your explicit consent. Introductions only happen when both parties agree. Even after your First Intro's Personal Details are not shared. If you both like each othee, are willing to proceed & there is a consent, on request we can share in the Intro.

It is our utmost priority to ensure the facts furnished by members are authentic. Every applicant submits his Governemnt ID card which will have pphotograph, date of birth, Address details, alongside detailed questions on personal values, qualifications, and employment. On Reqeust (additonal services)- we also partner with verification agencies for pre-matrimonial checks. We reserve the right to terminate membership without refund if user submits false information / not able to provide ID verification. We still encourage every family to independently verify details before taking the final step.

Its basically between number of Intro's (1-8) , Timeline (6 months -12 months), NRI matches (Yes/No), Personalised Profile Presentation (Yes/No), Upgrade Possible (Yes/No),Post-meeting feedback sessions(Yes/No), Relationship Coaching (Yes/No).

Yes, Excluding Discovery Membership-You can upgrade to higher membership tier at any time by paying the difference. Your matchmaker will simply carry forward your existing preferences and match history into the new tier.

30% Membership cost is refunded on request for Signature Plans- If your Intro Credit remains unused because you don't like any of the matched profiles or No Intro happened Additionally for each member- We aim high for quality of service delivered — verified introductions, matchmaker support, and coordination — rather than a guaranteed outcome. This is outlined clearly at the time of enrolment so there are no surprises later.

Yes for Signature Membership.We we have an active NRI network across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. All consultations are conducted virtually via video call, and we can arrange introductions both within the NRI community globally and with profiles based in India. Our matchmakers are experienced in understanding the unique needs of diaspora families.

There is no fixed timeline — meaningful connections are not rushed. Most members receive their first introduction within 2-5 weeks of onboarding. The overall journey depends on how many introductions it takes to find the right fit, and how quickly both families progress. Our philosophy is quality over speed: we would rather take 6 months to find the right person than 6 weeks to find the wrong one.

We arrange Online meetings & There is limit count basis Package you Enroll. Meetings are facilitated whenever both sides mutually agree to proceed. We continue supporting you fully throughout your membership validity period / Untill Intod credits are utilised, until the process naturally concludes with the right match.
